Get ready for a Big 12 battle as the TCU Horned Frogs and the Kansas Jayhawks will face off at 4 p.m. ET Saturday at Amon G. Carter Stadium. TCU has the odds in their favor, so they'll need to guard against complacency.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 63-17, which was the final score in TCU's tilt against the Oklahoma State Cowboys last week. The Horned Frogs were in a tough position by the half, with the score already sitting at 28-3. QB Chandler Morris had a memorable game, but not in the way you want to be remembered: he passed for only 103 yards on 20 attempts.

Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Kansas ultimately got the result they were hoping for last week with a 57-56 victory over the Texas Longhorns. It took five tries, but the Jayhawks can finally say that they have a win on the road. RB Devin Neal had a dynamite game for Kansas; he rushed for three TDs and 143 yards on 24 carries in addition to snatching one receiving TD. Neal's longest run was for 58 yards in the third quarter. Neal's sharp performance set his single-game rushing touchdown high for the season.

This next matchup looks promising for TCU, who are favored by a full 21 points. Neither team has fared well against the spread -- they are 2-6-1, while the Jayhawks are 2-7.

The Horned Frogs are now 4-6 while Kansas sits at 2-8. A pair of defensive stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: TCU is stumbling into the contest with the 244th most rushing touchdowns allowed in the nation, having given up 28 on the season. Kansas has experienced some struggles of their own as they are 248th worst in the nation in touchdowns allowed, with 59 on the season. It's possible one of these Achilles' heels will wind up tripping the losing team up.
